It has 4 bedrooms each with its ensuite bathroom, a beautiful living room with open kitchen, a heated pool and a gym.
The property is ideally located in the popular and residential area of Pointe Milou. You will be minutes from Hotel Christopher, which offers a spa and two restaurants. St Jean is 5 minutes away by car, Gustavia is about 8 minutes away by car.
On the main level is the living room / kitchen, the terrace, the swimming pool (heated) and 3 bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms can communicate and are therefore ideal for parents traveling with young children.
On the lower level is the fourth bedroom with its ensuite bathroom and gym.
