Spread over two levels and fully air-conditioned, the villa has been designed to offer comfort and privacy. The main level features a living area composed of the living room and kitchen, opening onto an outdoor terrace with a dining area, ideal for enjoying the gentle Caribbean evenings.

On the lower level, the three bedrooms open onto a terrace with a heated swimming pool, offering a peaceful setting conducive to relaxation. Two bathrooms, one of which is shared between bedrooms 2 and 3, complete this sleeping area.

Villa Art can also be rented together with Villa Acai, located right next door and also offering three bedrooms. This configuration is particularly well suited to families or groups of friends, while allowing everyone to enjoy their own space and privacy.
