Ideally located in Flamands, just minutes from St. Jean and Gustavia, Villa La Romance enjoys a prime location only a short drive from Flamands Beach and the prestigious Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle de France.

The spacious living area opens onto a beautiful terrace featuring a heated swimming pool, surrounded by several lounge and dining areas, creating the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean lifestyle. At the rear of the villa, a charming outdoor lounge leads to a fully equipped fitness room.

The villa offers six beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

Three bedrooms are located on the main level, two of which feature private terraces with stunning sea views. Two additional bedrooms are situated on the lower level, both enjoying sea views and private terraces.

The sixth bedroom is housed in a separate bungalow located below the villa, near the parking area. Complete with its own private terrace and kitchenette, it provides an ideal retreat for teenagers, guests seeking additional privacy, or staff.

Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount

Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
