This lovely villa of 80 m2 approximately, located in Anse des Lézards, has kept the charm of the traditional "case St Barth" while bringing design and modernity. It is composed of several bungalows around the pool and surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden.

The 2 bedrooms are therefore located in 2 separate bungalows with only access from outside (so may not be suitable for families travelling with small children).

Located near the water, you can feel the sea breeze!

Cancellation more than 6 months prior to the arrival date: 0% (no penalty).

Cancellation between 6 months and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount

Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total reservation amount
